We are pleased to announce that GBT NTA has been awarded the third level of "Eruboshi" certification, the highest level in the certification system of the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare, which is given to companies that have made excellent efforts to promote the advancement of women.

The "Eruboshi Certification" is a certification mark awarded by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare to companies that have made excellent efforts to promote the advancement of women. The certification is based on a scale of 1 to 3, depending on the number of items that satisfy the criteria, and consists of five evaluation items: "recruitment," "continued employment," "working hours and other working methods," "ratio of managers," and "diverse career paths". GBT NTA has met the required standards in all evaluation items and received the third level (3 stars), the highest level of "Eruboshi Certification.
